2025 Summertime Showdown

Hello everyone, and welcome to the 2025 Summer Showdown! This event will function very similarly to the March Madness event that I just finished, but with one big difference; any song can be submitted! The theme of this event is summer, so for this event, you can submit any song regardless of when it was released. The only requirement is that it fits the summer theme. I will not remove any songs unless they quite clearly does not fit that theme (ex. a sad piano ballad that is themed around winter). 

For this event, you will submit 10 seeds and 5 extras in case one of your songs has already been submitted. I may extend the number of songs to 12 again if the number of people who submit is as low as last time. Please promote this event anywhere you can if you want to help this event succeed. Make sure your ten songs you want the most are submitted as seeds, and your next two are the first two extras. The deadline to submit is Thursday, July 31. Here is the form, and have fun!

Round 1: The Qualifiers

At last, the event has started. I apologize for taking a long time to complete this, but at least we're finally getting started! Thanks to all six of our participants, I did not have to increase the number of songs from ten to twelve! For this event, there will be four rounds. The Qualifiers (60), The Knockouts (30), The Semifinals (15), and The Finals (10 or 5, haven't decided yet). This round will work like always with thirty head-to-head matchups.
