1. Cut!
This song would be about the pressure of being in the public eye, and always having to be perfect, such as doing another take of a scene (cut!) to make it perfect.
2. Need
This is one of Taylor's most well-known unreleased songs, and focuses on Taylor's "need" to be with the man she loves most. This fits this album perfectly, since I believe a few of the tracks will be about Travis.
3. Lights, Camera, Action
This song could be a reflection on The Eras Tour, talking about her feelings during the tour and the highlights she experienced.
4. Starry Night
This references a famous piece of art, which Taylor somewhat did with The Fate of Ophelia. I think this would be perfect because stars were a big easter egg leading into this album, and it could resemble what happens after a show (the "night").
5. Behind the Curtains
This track 5 could focus on what Taylor felt during her disappearance after the Super Bowl.
6. Firefly
The second unreleased track on this tracklist. It's about a crush that Taylor had, and I believe it could be repurposed into a love track.
7. Sugar
I imagine this song would parallel Honey, being yet another love song dedicated to Travis. This is also another unreleased song.
8. Ghost Light
In theater, a ghost light is a singular light that never turns off on the stage for safety reasons, and I think this could be an interesting concept for a song. It could reflect on how much Taylor has grown since her debut, since a ghost light sees everything that has happened on a stage.
9. The Script
Keeping with the theater theme, this song could be about Taylor's previous boyfriends, and how Travis has "broken the script" and won her affection.
10. Long Way Home
This could be a continuation of the last song, and talk about the struggles she went through to get to where she is now (billionaire status, being respected, getting engaged to the love of her life, etc.). It could also be celebratory towards the end (think But Daddy I Love Him).
11. Curtain Call
I think this song would be a love letter to the fans, thanking them for all of their support over the past twenty years, but specifically since The Eras Tour started.
12. Encore
Of course we need a title track for this album, and this song could be about how everyone always wants more out of her (the crowd was chanting more!) than she can give.
So yeah, that's about it! Thanks for reading, and I'll see you in tomorrow's post!
